🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

1.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the product delivery date.
1.2 Items must be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, unaltered — and must include original packaging and tags.
1.3 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.


💸 Refunds

2.1 Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
2.2 Alternatively, store credit valid for 180 days can be offered upon request.


⚠️ Exceptions

3.1 Items damaged due to misuse or failing to follow care instructions do not qualify for return or refund.
3.2 If the item fails condition checks (see 1.2), we reserve the right to refuse processing.


📦 Return Process

4.1 Contact customer support with: order number, reason for return, and product details.
4.2 After review, you will receive shipping instructions.
4.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure delivery.


🧾 Affiliate Products

5.1 Buyers are responsible for meeting any return deadlines on affiliate or drop-shipped items.
